With 5 years of experience contributing to user research and product optimisations as an Account Manager, I am now looking to shift my focus to the field of UX design. MY JOURNEY TO USER EXPERIENCE

My journey to the field of user experience began seven years ago when I worked as an Account Executive in 2015 at Oxford.

I paid site visits, facilitated focus groups and conducted tests to explore user needs, reveal opportunities and validate ideas to ensure designs were accurate, user-centric, and able to deliver the expected
outcome to 1,000+ schools and 30,000+ teachers.

As I delved deeper into the field of UX design, my passion for creating user-centric products grew stronger. I was driven by the desire to design products that could truly make a difference in people’s lives, and this eventually led me to pursue a career in UX.
